Created to meet the componentry and packaging supply needs of the South African aerosol industry, KIP has evolved since
then. It now supplies spray/dispensing pumps, glass bottles and caps for the perfumery sector as well as packaging for
cosmetics and home care applications.
The company operates out of premises located in Spartan, Kempton Park. Here, its 2700m2 of warehousing space ensures KIP has a substantial stock holding of generic valves, aerosol cans, and spray and lotion dispensing pumps, putting it in the position to react quickly to customers' needs.
Quality is of the utmost importance in the aerosol industry where there are many variables that can go wrong. Therefore, KIP has strict quality control measures in place and takes all customer concerns seriously. The company also boasts a strong team, which is central to its ongoing success.

After completing his Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree majoring in Business Administration and Purchasing & Materials Management from the University of Natal in 1992, Gavin started working at Decorpac (Pty) Ltd as a general manager. In 1999, Dispensing Products (Pty) Ltd was formed with Gavin as one of the founding directors .In 2004, Khaya International Packaging (Pty) Ltd was formed to offer an alternative source of packaging for the aerosol industry.
Warren started his career in the packaging industry when he joined Decorpac (Pty) Ltd in 1990 as factory manager in the glass printing division.
He was part of the team that moulded Decorpac into the premier cosmetic/toiletry glass container decoration company in SA at the time.
After the sale of Decorpac in 1998, Warren moved to RAP Products International before joining Khaya International Packaging in early 2007,
responsible for purchasing, imports/logistics and IT.
Derick joined the team in mid 2019.
After completing matric in 1996, Lasen worked in various sectors of the transportation and freight industry. He joined the packaging industry in 2009 as the logistics co-ordinator for a supplier of imported packaging where he handled the procurement and logistics for the last nine years. He joined our team in July 2018 as the Internal Sales Co-Ordinator.
This Scottish lassie ventured to South Africa in 1986 and started her career in a pharmaceutical laboratory, she then moved to a technical role within 3M, mainly involved in new product introduction for the Consumer Products Group. In 1998 she moved into the aerosol industry, taking on technical/sales roles with propellant and aerosol packaging suppliers for both local and multinational companies. Her qualifications in chemistry and quality, coupled with an M.B.A., allows for a holistic approach to business solutions. Since joining Khaya International Packaging in 2012, Trish continually strives to give the customer the highest degree of solutions and service.
Responsible for stability testing, product development and quality assurance. Peggy’s experience is vast and has been attributed by her life-long service to the SA aerosol industry. She is an Honorary Life Member of the AMA (see attached bulletin) and an asset to our team.
A vital part of the supply chain process, Franchinah oversees the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of our client's goods.
